When it comes to vitamins and supplements, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on age, stage in life, health history, and goals we all have different needs. The main purpose of the Comprehensive Nutrional Assessment is to make sure that you can harness all the good nutrients to keep your body healthy.

• You want to achieve optimal health. You don't need to be sick or suffering with a condition to benefit. In fact, to achieve optimal health and while you are feeling well, it is a proactive approach to fend off disease.  In a perfect world, we would garner all the vitamins and nutritional minerals we need from the foods we eat. We’d also be able to maintain robust, resilient immune systems to fight against all toxins and disease. Unfortunately, that’s not the world we live in. 
• You are at higher risk of developing certain diseases. For example, if you are predisposed to diabetes, heart disease, or osteoporosis because your parents were diagnosed with these issues the assessment will benefit you. The risk of developing the same conditions could be reduced through a proper nutritional assessment.
