Long-term 1:1 Private Coaching throughout a 1, 3, or 6-month program allows us to partner together for an extended period to create sustainable habits and lifelong changes.

During the 30-minute Wellness Consult, we will explore your goals and discuss how we can work together to achieve your best health, wellness, and life balance.


Prior to the Wellness Consult, you will complete a detailed Health History and Goal Assessment so we can better understand your health goals.

Virtual Sessions are private, confidential, and provide a safe space where we can chat and together formulate action steps and recommendations.


Support beyond the virtual sessions includes a library of personalized resources and messaging access to us to provide total support.

WHAT DOES THE INVESTMENT INCLUDE:

  • Detailed health history and goal assessment.
  • 30-Minute Wellness Consult
  • 50-minute 1:1 weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions

  • Tips and strategies to achieve your life balance.
  • Clear action steps and recommendations.
  • Messaging access to us for support between sessions. 


1-month program = 3 sessions

3-month program = 6 sessions

6-month program = 12 sessions [Transformative Health Coaching Program)-]


(The Transformative Health Coaching Program is 6 months because our goal is to create life-long sustainable habits.  The 6-month time period allows the coach and client to partner together through all of life's situations such as family situations, holidays, career changes, routine implementations, self-exploration, and daily life stresses in order to develop the balance and strategies to handle the ups and downs often associated with these situations long-term.)


Investments start at $450 for 1:1 private coaching.

Individual 60 minute 1:1 private coaching sessions are available for $250.


Additional custom program options are available for graduates of our monthly coaching programs.
